My Story
It all started when I performed in a school production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". I got the lead role in the musical and found a vocal coach. She then told me about an audition in Glasgow, which turned out to be S Club Juniors. From there, with a little luck and hard work, the band grew up to become S Club 8.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the S Club phenomenon. From singing to acting, traveling around the world and performing in front of thousands, S Club was an experience I wouldn't trade for anything. I just wrapped up on location of the set of "Life is Wild". Now I'm back in L.A. and I'm out on auditions for new movie and television roles. Acting has been keeping me pretty busy these days.
I'm pleased to announce that I am also working on a solo album. We'll be kicking things off in the studio here shortly, as for now we are working on the writing process. I'm looking to create a brand new sound, that is unlike my work before. I know it's going to knock your socks off. Stay tuned to my website because I will offer new tracks and demo music available for you to listen to.
Musicians who inspire me:
I have plenty, so I can't just name one. I've got to start with the Eagles. My favourite song of all time is an Eagles song, "Life in the Fast Lane". A dream of mine would be to collaborate with Don Henley.
Another favourite of mine is "The King", Elvis Presley. When I watch old footage of him, I am amazed by his showmanship and just how electric he is on stage.
Another artist that I look up to is a close mate of mine named Jamie Scott. He is rather young compared to the Eagles and Elvis, but he has a great sound. Check him out.
